Monthly Goals: October 2015




Hello Friends, Welcome October! 
Wow! September went by really quickly! It was here and now it's gone!  I'm excited for a fresh start and a new challenge! If you missed last months list, see the September goals here! This month I want to be more focused and productive with my time and the efforts I put forth here in the blog and in my everyday life. I have learned that with consistency comes planning and how well you manage the time you have been given. It will be on productivity and maintaining a healthy routine in my life. Here are the October goals below: 

BE MORE PRODUCTIVE WITH THE POMODORO TECHNIQUE
I recently watched Alex Ikkon's Video on productivity and using the pomodoro technique that I know will help me stay focused and finish the projects (task, blog posts, etc..) one step at a time with prioritizing what is most important and getting it done when I schedule it in for the day! 
31 DAYS OF AUTHENTICITY QUOTES
The idea to start this new series this month came like all my other ideas in the middle of the night! It was that I would share 31 quotes about being authentic so that we are all reminded and inspired to stay and be true to ourselves throughout the day! So far, I have posted the introduction: BE Authentic! We have to dare to be ourselves and Make a pact with yourself today! All these quotes motivated be to be better everyday! 
POST ONE VIDEO ON MY YOUTUBE CHANNEL EVERY FRIDAY! 
I would want to continue with this goal of Maintaining Consistency is vital to continually growing my audience and developing trust with my readers is vital in creating authentic engagement and a following. I want to invest my time and be true to the  valuable content that my readers will appreciate and share as I diversify my content on all my social media platforms.
30 DAY SIMPLE GREEN SMOOTHIE CHALLENGE 
Its October so there is another simple green smoothie challenge. I really want to see my health change for the better this month. It will not only change my body from the inside out but give me the energy I need to go forth with my goal to train and run a half marathon before my next birthday!
EXERCISE 3-5 TIMES A WEEK + DRINK MORE WATER 
This is one task I have to really put back into my daily routine! I want to gain back the strength and muscle tone I had at the start of 2015. It takes discipline and dedication to see the results I want and accomplish the goal I have set for myself! I will also drink at least 3 8oz of water a day to start off with. Maybe I should start with reading this article: How to  Drink More Water
