Invest In Yourself...

Hello Friends, Happy September!
The Word of the month is INVESTMENT! I like this theme because September is a new chance and a fresh start to get your goals accomplished for 2015. Investing in yourself can definitely prepare you for the dreams you have and want to completeInvestment defined is an act of devoting time, effort or energy to a particular undertaking with the expectation of a worthwhile result. It takes all your focused effort, it takes a decision, it takes courage, it takes bravery, it takes confidence to see the success you want and dream realized. Investment takes patience and faith in what others don't see yet. It takes a timeline, hard work and dedication to reach the light at the end of the tunnel. That's what I want to see at the end of this month. I am going to confidently and boldly approach the steps I need to get things done that move me closer to the dream. If last month was about leisure and relaxation is month is about hard work and investment into the future. I really like each of these quotes below.

Invest in yourself. Your career is the engine of your wealth - Paul Clitheroe
The individual investor should act consistently as an investor and not a spectator- Ben Graham
An investment in knowledge pays the best interest.- Benjamin Franklin

These quotes have a common theme its about long term working and improving  yourself. Its about being consistent and recognizing what is important to you and your life. In order to succeed you must put your hope and faith into yourself you must invest. Invest in yourself into your passions and purpose provides the opportunity to make a contribution to the world. As we approach a new season. I want to share my knowledge of styling and what you invest in your wardrobe yourself through life lessons I have learned. Invest in planning out and where you want to be in a year. here are three areas I will invest in this September. I will also dive into a 3 part series of investing in your purpose and dream.

Invest in Confidence
Your confidence is the key to moving forward toward your dreams and the life you have always wanted. Investment in confidence is an internal evaluation of where you are and where you want to go. When you take the time to know your strengths and weaknesses and clearly identify what you need to work on you can really build your confidence. Confidence is the foundation to live a big and full life of your dreams. However, it takes a lot of courage and bravery to do this. You must be uncomfortable in order grow and that results in confidence.
Invest in your Career/Passion/Purpose
Confidence is the foundation when investing in your career/passion/purpose. once you have this you can really see what career/passions/purpose you would take the time investigate. A career is an occupation undertaken for a significant period of a person's life and with opportunities for progress. A Passion is an intense desire or enthusiasm for something. A purpose is the reason for which something is done or created or for which something exists. Ask yourself specific questions to try and figure out an answer for each of these. Steve Harvey says, that "the difference between talent and your gift is that your career is what you're paid for. you calling is what you're made for."Finding out the difference is what leads you to your purpose and reason for living.
Invest in your Wardrobe
Your wardrobe is what shows the world who you are. It speaks to your personality and style. Whether you are creative or conservative it places you at a certain place. Always invest in quality pieces for your budget and start with the basics to build your forever wardrobe. Investment in your wardrobe allows  you dress for the life and career you really want.

In conclusion, it takes practice to be confident, grow into your passion and purpose and live the dream you have always wanted and I will invest the time and effort to getting closer to that destination. I hope you will follow along with me as I dive in deeper.
