Hello Friends, Happy Wednesday!
I can't believe it August! July was a very busy month and I enjoyed every bit of it! This month I really want to find a healthy balance between work, life and hustle. I definitely want to reach my goals and dreams without sacrificing my life and missing moments because I don't know how to relax and get centered. These goals will center around getting focused, clutter free and organized (which is a daily battle I definitely have to master). Anyway life is a process you live day by day. July's Goals were simple but difficult to execute once other more important things came to be. I was the best bridesmaid I could be with having my family in town that same week. I also started my green smoothie challenge but then i didn't continue because of all other obligations. So I plan to restart the challenge this month again with a CAN-DO spirit. As I go through my monthly goals I want to make sure they are always realistic and attainable and i'm actually getting things done.
GET ORGANIZED + CLUTTER FREE FOR FALL
Getting organized and clutter free will help me create space for me to relax and establish routine in my life. It will also prepare for the fall season ahead starting in September.
RESTART THE GREEN SMOOTHIE CHALLENGE
Restart my healthy eating and exercise routine with the green juice challenge to jump start getting more fruit and vegetables into my body. setting a weekly schedule of want I'm drinking daily with help keep me on track. putting on the to do list will also help as well. I also want to drink more water as well.
POST 3 -5 A WEEK ON BLOG + ONE VIDEO A WEEK ON YOUTUBE CHANNEL Writing down an August blog schedule will help me know what to post each day and keep me on track with my goal.
SPEND A DAY AT THE BEACH + QUALITY TIME WITH FAMILY!
I really want to spend time on the beach. Its part of what Summer is all about. Spending it with my family will be so much more fun!
CREATE A RELAXATION ROUTINE +SCHEDULE
This is the goal for the month. Finding balance and relaxation will give me a healthier lifestyle in the end.
