Could you please be my Blog Photograher, And I will be yours?

One of the things I love about blogging is that it’s a close knit community that wants to help each other out and see each other succeed in the wonderful world of fashion blogging. My friend Jenny (sidenote: check out her blog Au Bon Prix) my fellow MBHS graduate and alumna, (Go Blair Blazers!) asked me to take pictures for her blog  and as a camera less blogger I happily agreed. So we set a date, it was a beautiful sunny day and with two outfit changes we decided the location would be Rockville Town Square.  For one reason only, the easy access to changing rooms in our favorite local boutique Red Hue Boutique.

Outfit # 1: Afro-Inspired

This first outfit is African Inspired. The top was made with a skirt of the same fabric and is wedding outfit that was tailor made for my cousin's wedding in the DRC back in 2010. I love the bold colors and the pattern, it goes perfectly with my statement vintage necklace. It is paired with the khaki crop pants and red strap sandals to give the outfit a casual style.

Outfit #2: Color Blocked

The second outfit is Color Blocked its all about pairing two bright colors together in an outfit. This outfit bring out the true bohemian in me. I love the combination of  my bright pink tank,  the neon colored skirt, my summer gladiator inspired sandals and my cross body purse, it just brings out the playful, goofy side of my personality.

It was an absolute blast. Jenny is so animated and fun to be around and we had fun playing dress up while the rest of the world look on and watched us play in the sunshine.
